Return Policy
Customer must call 865-579-0210 to obtain a return authorization number.
Treestand and/or accessories must be returned freight prepaid, adequately insured, and properly packed in its original carton with all parts, and the treestand and/or accessories must be in excellent condition.
Customer must pay a 20% restocking fee, 5% transaction fee and all actual freight charges incurred in shipping the product to them.
